Admission Process

Simple 5-step process to join VIS

Fill Online Application Form

Available on website. Basic details, class applying for, board preference. Rs.500 non-refundable registration fee (online payment).

Document Submission

Birth Certificate, Previous School TC, Mark Sheet (last 2 years), Aadhaar Card (child + parent), Passport photos (4), Caste Certificate (if applicable).

Entrance Test (Class 1-9)

Math & English for Classes 1-5; Math, English, Science for 6-9. Every Saturday, 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM at VIS Campus. No test for Nursery-UKG (direct interaction).

Interview

Student + Parent interaction with Principal/Admission Coordinator. Scheduled within 5 working days of test.

Admission Confirmation

Fee payment within 3 days of selection. Seat allotted on first-come basis. Admission letter issued; student portal access activated.

Direct Admission (Class 10, 11, 12)

Based on previous board marks + interview. Class 11 Stream allocation: Science (85%+), Commerce (70%+), Arts (all).

Scholarships

VIS Merit Scholarship

Eligibility: 90%+ in previous class annual exams
Benefit: 25% tuition fee waiver
Applications: 1-31 March each year

Entrance Scholarship (Class 6 & 9)

Test-based: Top 10 rankers get 50% tuition waiver
Test Date: Last week of March

Sports Scholarship

District/State/National achievers: 30-50% tuition waiver
Apply with certificate proof before 30 June

Sibling Concession

2nd child: 10% on Tuition
3rd child onwards: 20% on Tuition

EWS Reservation (RTE Act)

5% seats reserved | Annual family income < Rs.1,50,000 | Supporting documents required
